AROA Biosurgery 2026 Annual General Meeting

AROA Biosurgery held its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 19 August 2026.

All six resolutions were carried, including:

• Dr Catherine Mohr was re-elected as a Non-Executive Director.
• Paul Shearer was elected as a Non-Executive Director.
• The remaining resolutions relating to auditor remuneration, executive equity incentives and Non-Executive Director fees were approved.
