Scott joined AROA in July 2023. With over twenty-five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Scott is a senior executive with extensive international experience, including leadership roles across sales and marketing functions and managing large cross-functional, global teams.
Prior to joining AROA, Scott was Chief Commercial Officer at New Zealand headquartered life sciences company Douglas Pharmaceuticals, where he worked for eight years.
Scott also held senior roles at Bayer Pharma where he was the Global Head of Women’s Healthcare based in Germany, and Novartis Pharma where he was the Global Head of Hypertension based in Switzerland.
Born and raised in New Zealand, Scott has spent 20 years working abroad and residing in 8 countries including the US which is the key market for AROA.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEA
